The service
Private Launch provides business-planning guidance and optional professional launch services. The free journey has no purchase obligation. Website design is separate from the Launch Blueprint.
AI-assisted guidance
Recommendations are provided for your review and independent validation. They do not guarantee commercial outcomes, name availability or regulatory compliance, and are not legal, tax or regulated advice.
Client decisions and approvals
You review and approve the business direction and supply accurate information and suitable materials. Earlier decisions remain saved when you request an adjustment; dependent recommendations may require further review.
Pricing and payments
Local currency prices are rounded indicative equivalents of our GBP catalogue, using one daily exchange-rate source. Totals are converted from GBP before rounding, so they may differ slightly from the sum of displayed local item estimates. Actual fixed charges are GBP 75 for the Blueprint, GBP 99 for the preview, GBP 475 for a 50% website deposit and GBP 950 for the full standard website package. The GBP charge is displayed before checkout. Payments are received by Mr Jekyll through PayPal. Your provider may apply conversion rates or fees. Extra services, recurring services, customised scope and previously paid orders require an individually priced invoice. An enquiry is not payment; payment is confirmed only after independent verification.
Preview credit and refunds
The GBP 99 preview deposit is refundable. Refunds are processed within 7 days of your refund request, to the original payment method. Provider processing times may delay when funds appear. If you proceed, the verified, unrefunded deposit is credited once against your website invoice. Unpaid requests and refunded deposits create no credit. Contact Private Launch with your order reference to request a refund. Website balance timing, cancellation and other service terms are agreed in your proposal.
Intellectual property and materials
Use only material you own or are authorised to supply. Ownership, licences and any transfer of rights in commissioned work will be specified in the individual proposal; no transfer terms are implied here.
Delivery, revisions and support
Deliverables, delivery timescales, approval points, revisions, hosting and ongoing support are confirmed in your proposal. Domain renewal, software subscription and authority or third-party fees are not included unless expressly stated.
Details awaiting owner confirmation
PayPal displays the receiving business as Mr Jekyll. Your individual proposal must identify the contracting business and address, applicable tax treatment, jurisdiction, scope and delivery terms. No tax registration or jurisdiction is inferred from the display currency. Ask us to confirm any outstanding particulars before commissioning.
